What is wealth advice

One part of a broader wealth relationship.

The investment portfolio is only one consideration in a client’s wider financial picture. Neox focuses on the equity component, working alongside the specialists responsible for the other areas.

The wider picture

The six areas of a wealth relationship.

Different specialists usually cover each of these areas. Neox supports the equity component with research and recommendations, alongside the specialists responsible for the rest.

Investment management

Building and adjusting the portfolio that supports the wider financial plan. It turns long-term goals into an asset allocation and decides how each part is invested. Neox supports the equity part.

Financial planning

Connecting cash flow and long-term goals in one coordinated plan that accounts for major life events. A good plan is revisited regularly, so it keeps up as circumstances and priorities change.

Tax planning

Considering how investments and withdrawals can be structured with a qualified tax advisor. The aim is to keep more of what the portfolio earns, within the rules of each relevant jurisdiction.

Estate planning

Planning how assets and responsibilities pass between generations, with the appropriate legal support. It often covers wills and family governance, so transitions happen as intended.

Risk management

Identifying what could disrupt the plan and how liquidity, insurance or other safeguards should respond. Regular reviews check that these safeguards still match the client's situation.

Retirement planning

Estimating future income needs and coordinating savings and pensions around them. Planning early leaves more room to adjust contributions and investment choices over time.

Client profiles

Who wealth management is for

Private clients

Individuals with substantial or complex financial affairs who want investments coordinated with wider goals. They often hold assets across several banks or countries and want one coherent view.

Families

Families planning across generations, with shared principles for how decisions are made and reviewed. Wealth management helps them prepare the next generation and keep decisions consistent over time.

Business owners

Founders whose personal wealth is concentrated in a business or shaped by a sale or succession. Planning ahead helps them diversify and turn business value into long-term personal wealth.

Foundations and endowments

Organizations investing for a long-term purpose, with governance that requires clear, documented decisions. Their portfolios need to fund the mission today while preserving capital for the future.

Partnering with Neox

Equity expertise that fits your model.

You keep the client relationship, and Neox adds the specialist equity research and analysis behind it. We work with wealth and asset managers, private banks, family offices, institutions and foundations.

Investment advice

Systematic research and clear recommendations designed to fit your existing mandates, constraints and governance.

White-label support

Research and stock selection behind strategies you offer to clients under your own name.

Portfolio analysis and reporting

Portfolio-level analysis and clear reporting that support your conversations with clients, boards and committees.

How it works

How the wealth management process unfolds.

Understand the client

A first conversation brings together the client's objectives, circumstances, risk tolerance and time horizon. It also maps existing assets and advisors, so nothing is planned in isolation.

Design the plan

The client's priorities are brought together in one plan that reflects their wider position. The plan sets clear targets for each area and shows how the investments support them.

Implement the plan

Each specialist puts their part of the plan into effect, often working alongside other providers. For the equity portfolio, this is where a specialist such as Neox can contribute.

Review progress

Progress is reviewed against the objectives, and again after material financial, market or personal changes. Regular reviews keep the plan relevant as markets move and the client's life evolves.

Report and share insights

Clear reporting and analysis keep the client and their advisors informed, and show where adjustments may be needed. Good reporting also documents the reasoning behind each change, so decisions can be explained later.Report and share insights

    FAQ

    Questions for wealth professionals.

    Get in touch
Where does Neox fit within a wealth management relationship?

Neox focuses on the equity component. We manage the equity part of your clients’ portfolios within an agreed mandate, while you keep the wider relationship and the overall plan. That means the specialists responsible for tax, estate or retirement planning continue their work as before. Our role is to make the equity allocation more focused and easier to explain, with a clear rationale behind every decision that you can share with clients and stakeholders. It also means your clients get one consistent equity approach, whichever advisor they work with.

Does Neox replace an existing wealth advisor or investment team?

No. Neox works alongside your existing team and adds specialist equity expertise to it. You stay the main point of contact for your clients, and you decide how our equity portfolio management fits into your own proposition. It’s common for wealth teams to work with an external specialist for one asset class, so they can offer more depth without building the capability in-house. Neox can play that role for equities, with a process your team can follow and explain. Your clients benefit from the added expertise without any change to who they deal with.

    Does Neox offer white-label support?

Yes. Neox can manage equity strategies you offer to clients under your own name. Your clients see your brand and your relationship, while the strategy draws on Neox’s systematic research and fundamental expertise. The scope depends on the arrangement and your jurisdiction, so we agree the details with you before anything is launched. That includes how the strategy is described to your clients and how its reasoning is documented, so your team can present it with confidence. Because the research process is the same across every strategy, quality stays consistent under your brand.

How does Neox work within our mandates and governance?

We start by understanding your existing mandates and approval processes. The equity portfolios we manage are then set up to work within them, from the universe of companies considered to the limits on concentration and risk. Because every decision comes with documented reasoning, it can be reviewed by your investment committee or governance process in the same way as your own decisions. That makes it easier to justify the equity allocation to clients and boards. If your policies change, the portfolios we manage are adjusted to match.

What portfolio analysis and reporting does Neox provide?

Reporting is shaped around the relationship and its audience, whether that’s a client, a board or an investment committee. It can cover how a portfolio is positioned and why changes were made, so the reasoning behind each decision is documented and easy to revisit later. Where appropriate, information can be formatted to fit into your existing reporting. The aim is to give you material that supports clear conversations with the people you answer to. That way, every party can follow how the equity allocation develops and why.

Can Neox support clients with different objectives?

Yes. Neox offers core equity strategies with defined objectives, from dividend income to leading companies in Europe and the US, as well as customized portfolios built around a specific brief. That lets you match different client segments to the approach that suits them. For a customized portfolio, we compare possible configurations against historical data, so you can see the trade-offs before choosing. Every option uses the same research and investment discipline, which keeps your offering consistent even as it grows to serve more client types. It also means you can start with a core strategy and move to a customized portfolio later.

How does a partnership with Neox start?

It starts with a conversation about your clients, your current investment proposition and where specialist equity research could add the most value. From there, we look at how Neox would fit into your mandates and reporting. Once the scope is clear, we complete the required onboarding, agree the arrangement in writing and explain the applicable fees before you decide whether to proceed. The aim is a setup that fits your existing model without disrupting it. A partnership can begin with a single strategy or client segment and grow from there. Throughout, you keep full ownership of the client relationship.

    What is wealth management?

Wealth management is a broad service that coordinates a client’s investments with their wider financial plan. Depending on the client and the provider, it can include investment management, financial planning, tax and estate planning, risk management and retirement planning, often with different specialists responsible for each area. Larger or more complex situations usually involve several specialists working together. The aim is to make sure every part of a client’s finances works toward the same long-term goals. Neox focuses on one part of this: the equity investments within the wider relationship.

What is the difference between wealth management, investment management and asset management?

Wealth management takes the broadest view of a client’s financial position and may coordinate investments with tax, estate and retirement planning. Investment management and asset management focus more specifically on building and overseeing investment portfolios, usually within a mandate. In practice, a wealth manager often works with specialist investment providers for parts of the portfolio. Understanding these roles helps clients see who is responsible for each decision. Neox provides the equity component within that wider relationship, working alongside the wealth manager who keeps the overall view of the client.

    Who does Neox work with?

Neox works with wealth and asset managers, private banks, family offices, institutions and foundations. We also work directly with private investors through our asset management service. The services available depend on the client type and jurisdiction, so we confirm what applies during our first conversation. For wealth professionals, that usually means equity portfolio management and reporting shaped around your own clients. Whatever the client type, the same research process sits behind every service.

    Where are client assets held?

Client assets stay with the bank or custodian already in place, in accounts held in the client’s or the institution’s name. Neox does not hold client money or securities. Our role is to manage the equity portfolio within the mandate, while the custodian keeps the assets and executes Neox’s instructions. That keeps your existing operational setup and client relationships intact. Neox works alongside that setup without changing how assets are held, and your clients continue to receive statements from the custodian they already know.

    How is Neox Capital regulated?

Neox Capital Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to provide investment advice to retail clients, professional clients and eligible counterparties. Our authorization can be verified on the MFSA Financial Services Register. Full regulatory information, including our legal and risk disclosures, is available on our legal page.
