The portfolio strategy is designed to provide investors with exposure to Europe High Dividend small, mid and large cap companies with a strong financial position, low default risk, and a proven track record of profitable growth. Our investment strategy is centered on identifying companies that have a long history of consistent earnings, which indicates a healthy financial outlook and a strong ability to generate returns as well as sustainable dividend payments. We believe that this investment strategy will provide investors with a mix of income and capital appreciation opportunities.

Investment Objective and Policy

The investment objective of the portfolio is to increase capital in real terms through investments in attractive companies in the long term. Under special market conditions, the portfolio may be partially invested in cash. However, this is very rare as the recovery from corrections is usually very rapid.

Investments in cash are considered “parked” assets that aim to preserve asset value during crisis-hit market conditions. The portfolio will invest directly in mid, large and mega cap stocks. Balanced exposures to equities are likely to be maintained as standard but in a controlled size. Investments will be made in all sectors without any particular structural bias towards any of them
