The Role

Neox Capital is entering a significant growth phase where one thing is absolutely essential: taking a strong, proven investment product and making it visible, attractive, and in demand among the right audiences. You will be the person setting the pace — from brand building and digital growth to commercial expansion and client relationships. This is a role for someone who wants to shape the future of a tech-driven investment firm and, over time, grow into the CEO position.

This is a role for someone who wants to do — not just direct. You are street smart enough to read the room and adapt your presence to the client in front of you: some investors expect a suit, others prefer a more relaxed, modern style. You know when to switch.

You will be actively involved in creating, testing, measuring, and driving both marketing and sales activities yourself. You help build the foundation with us: campaigns, outreach, relationships, and processes. You are the one getting the engine running — not someone delegating the work.

You’re joining at a point where we have a strong product but need to scale visibility, credibility, and client acquisition. This means you are operational every day: driving initiatives, meeting clients, following up on leads, and taking ownership of delivering real results.The position is based in Luxembourg. Some travel is expected.

Key responsibilites

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy aligned with Neox Capital’s growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder and Investment Team and senior partners to translate the firm’s investment philosophy into a compelling market narrative.
  • Build a scalable marketing and distribution infrastructure capable of supporting growth across key European and global markets.
  • Position Neox Capital as an innovative, technology-driven investment management firm.

Business Development

  • Expand Neox’s client base across U/HNWI, Family Offices, AWMs, and institutional investors.
  • Leverage existing networks to bring new client relationships and AUM to the firm.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and referral networks.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, risk profiles, and investment goals.

Marketing & Brand Building

  • Design and execute a modern digital marketing strategy encompassing thought leadership, social media, targeted campaigns, and data-driven lead generation.
  • Develop and manage digital content (insights, whitepapers, webinars, etc.) to strengthen Neox’s market presence.
  • Utilize digital analytics tools (CRM, SEO/SEM, automation) to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Ensure consistency in brand positioning, tone, and messaging across all digital and offline channels.

Sales & commercial 

  • Drive the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal, with a strong ability to convert interest into committed capital.
  • Qualify and prioritize opportunities with a clear commercial mindset, ensuring each deal is profitable and strategically sound.
  • Operate primarily as a hunter, actively sourcing and winning new business, while also nurturing existing relationships when valuable.
  • Show resilience and persistence, following up consistently and pushing until the deal is closed.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development within asset management, private banking, or investment advisory.
  • Proven track record of raising assets or expanding client bases among U/HNWI, Family Offices, AWMs, and institutional clients.
  • Deep network of relevant clients and intermediaries in Europe (Nordics, DACH, Benelux, or UK preferred).
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives or tech-driven marketing efforts.
  • Previous leadership or P&L responsibility is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management concepts.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable commercial plans.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and credible presence.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Leadership qualities suited to evolve into a CEO role.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA, Digital Marketing) are advantageous but not required.
