Bjorn Thelander

The former Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of James Dyson’s family office, Weybourne, has joined Neox Capital, a quantitative equity portfolio provider.

He is presently an advisor to the Neox board.

Thelander, who had been one of London’s top money managers for the ultra-wealthy, acquired a stake in the firm. He brings extensive experience from his role managing Dyson’s financial assets, which included hedge funds, venture capital, and real estate investments.

Neox Capital, uses systematic data-driven investment model to build equity portfolios and serves high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The firm aims to expand its investment management platform and is seeking a CEO with expertise in sales and marketing to support its growth.
This role marks Thelander’s first operational engagement after stepping down from his full-time position at Weybourne earlier in 2024. His decision to join Neox is driven by his admiration for the company’s data-driven investment model….
